Melinda’s Grilled Pork Chops with Blackberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • Salt, pepper, olive oil
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Grill pork chops over medium-high heat, 4–5 minutes per side.
  2. In a small pan, combine blackberries, red wine, mustard, and syrup. Simmer until reduced (8–10 minutes).
  3. Spoon sauce over grilled chops.
