Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- Salt, pepper, olive oil
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions:
- Grill pork chops over medium-high heat, 4–5 minutes per side.
- In a small pan, combine blackberries, red wine, mustard, and syrup. Simmer until reduced (8–10 minutes).
- Spoon sauce over grilled chops.
